Monkeytoe

Monkeytoe design, manufacture and install aluminum structures across New Zealand and Australia. A family business based in Taranaki, New Zealand with offices throughout both NZ and Australia, Monkeytoe came to us in 2017/2018 to help them choose a system which could take the business through the next phase of growth, including expanding into the Australian market.

Having worked through a workshop to compare multiple solutions, HARMONiQ was selected as the best fit for Monkeytoe, and the implementation proceeded with 'go-live' in late 2018. Since then, the system has evolved as the needs of Monkeytoe have changed, with new processes and equipment being integrated into the system as required.

HARMONiQ has been able to manage the entire financial aspect of the organization, with live stock costings flowing through to any new quotes, easy conversion of a quote to a job as it's won, management and scheduling of tasks within a job, flowing through to progress claims and final invoices as tasks are marked as complete.

Identified as one of the few systems that could handle both manufacturing and project delivery, HARMONiQ has enabled Monkeytoe to effectively manage a $50 order or a $1,000,000 contract.
