The first step in your ERP implementation is selecting an internal project champion - a key team member (or team members) who will act as the bridge between your business and our implementation team. Together, we will gather all the necessary information to tailor your system effectively. We will then meet weekly throughout the project to ensure it stays on track and ensure everything is running smoothly.
