The discovery phase is all about learning – drilling down into your organisation to define your needs. With a deeper understanding, we can design a customised ERP system configuration to meet those needs and start your business process optimisation.

Firstly, we start with an introductory phone or Teams call to discuss your needs. We will also run through a presentation on who we are and what we offer. This is our opportunity to understand your requirements and ensure our solution suits your business.

2. Software demonstration

The next step is a software demonstration, run by a trusted software expert. We will show you the scope and capabilities of our software, allowing you to see the potential for your own business operations.

3. Discovery Session

We recommend signing up for a Discovery Session as the next step in business process optimisation. These sessions typically entail a full day on your site, with two of our consultants to review your internal processes.

The starting price for the Discovery Session is $7,500, though these training events also qualify for co-funding through the NZTE Business Capability scheme. This means you can get up to 50% off the session. Book your introductory consultation to learn more about funding options.

4. Proposal and pricing

As an outcome of the Discovery Session, you will gain a thorough understanding of how your business operates. Based on our findings, we can identify what your requirements are for business process optimisation, and gain clarity around prioritisation. 

We will provide a full report, outlining all key assessments. This will include our recommendations, a fixed-price proposal to implement a new ERP system, and comprehensive instruction on the next steps.
