HubSpot Integration Setup
Connect GenetiQ, Intact iQ or HARMONiQ with HubSpot using our comprehensive integration. This ERP & CRM integration creates a powerful two-way sync between your business operations and your sales and marketing engine. With live-feed data between both systems, your teams gain real-time access to the insights they need — when they need them.
Install the HubSpot app
Click the link below to install the HubSpot app, and authenticate your account. After authenticating, you will be returned to a setup page to enter your API credentials
Install the ERP plugin
Download the plugin for your ERP and install, then run Update Store from Admin Mode. If the matching version isn't available here, please contact us to get a copy for your current version. We recommend you download an updated version of this plugin every 3-6 months to make sure you always have the latest features.
Create an API Service
Within your ERP, setup an API Service using the REST API, and selecting the custom service for HubSpot
Setup Inbound and Outbound Integration Tasks
The plugin utilizes the integration services to sync data, so you will need to setup an Inbound and Outbound Task. You will need the Authentication Token from the settings page in step 1 to complete this.
Setup Inbound Mappings
For each object you wish to sync with HubSpot, you will need to configure an Inbound Mapping to pull data from HubSpot. Pre-defined templates are available within the plugin, and you can customize these further as required.
Setup Outbound Mappings
To push data to HubSpot, you will need to setup Outbound Mappings as well. There are also pre-defined templates configured within the plugin for these which can be further customized as required.
Customize HubSpot views
Within HubSpot, you will be able to add custom cards to views. The data for these views are configurable within your ERP using HubSpot Card Configurations.
Uninstall the app
To uninstall, there are again two places that this needs to be completed.
Within your ERP, you can uninstall by going to your HubSpot Inbound Mappings and HubSpot Outbound Mappings and marking them all as Inactive. In future, you can choose to remove the inbound and outbound integration tasks that are configured, and the API Definition, and then remove the plugin entirely from the Application Plugin list, but disabling the mappings is the simplest way to disable syncing immediately. Once this is done, restart the Integration and Web Services to complete the HARMONiQ process.
Secondly, you will need to login to HubSpot, and go to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps, clicking Actions on the specific app, and then Uninstall
