System Technician
The role of systems technician is to provide support to the clients of Logiq Group with their internal accounting and management systems.
What you'll do
- Provide system support for Logiq Group clients: Responding to all assigned requests within agreed timeframes. Address client support queries that come via phone call and email
- Facilitate software development and customisation through IT providers: Liaise with software providers to facilitate requests from clients for customisations
- Oversee client remote hosted systems: Work with our remote hosted server providers to ensure clients using remote hosted systems are supported
- System Implementations: Assist with client software implementations as required
- Business Development: Represent the business to prospective clients and build the brand into a recognized and trusted business system consultancy firm
What you'll need
Qualifications Required:
- NCEA level 3 or equivalent
- Computer concepts course or similar
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent computer skills
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Previous system support experience
- Integrity
- Professional and respectful manner
- Excellent time keeping and accountability skills
- Quick learner
- Problem solver
- SQL Server Knowledge
- Demonstrates strong business acumen
